Briefing

Executive briefings.

You have AI people and a plan. What you don’t have is the view from outside.

A sample

The myth

You think you have AI covered.

You have AI people. Maybe a whole AI department. You have agents in production and a strategy meeting on the calendar. And here’s the problem: everyone in that meeting reads the same feeds, hears the same vendors, and shares the same assumptions. The room agrees with itself.

We used to say no one gets fired for going with IBM. Today, no one would go with IBM, McKinsey, Deloitte, BCG, or any of the enterprise advisors, because their best people already jumped ship.

What you don’t have is outside perspective. I spend my days working with my team of agents, building, testing the tools, reading the research, questioning claims, looking at data, talking with people who are building what comes next. My work complements your team’s and makes for better decisions, better strategies, and better tactics. I’m a very sharp tool. If you want the best outcomes, you want the best tools you can get.

Pull, by David Siegel

In 2010 I wrote Pull, about the combination of data, machine learning, and intelligence reversing almost every industry from a push model to a pull model. It has been happening slowly for fourteen years, and now the scenarios I describe, including 3-D worlds, digital twins, and the power of personal and corporate data, are coming to life. Ask your AI department who saw this coming.

And the traps out there are expensive. You bet on a platform that’s been approved by your AI team but has already been left behind. You build something in-house that the model companies give away six months later. You miss the shift that reprices your market. I see more than you do, and two heads are better than one. I’m not an insurance policy. I’m a guide to the coming world of change, failure, and abundance that’s right around the corner.

How the hour works

The first half hour is mine. The second is yours.

First 30 minutes

The briefing

I tell you what happened in AI this month: what’s real, what’s hype, and what’s coming at your industry next. Thirty minutes, no filler.

Next 30 minutes

Your situation

Then we talk about you. Your market, your systems, your people. You’ll walk out knowing what to do before we meet again.

We meet every month, on a day and time you pick, by subscription. Need more depth? Book ninety minutes.

Add-on

Want everyone to see it? I’ll put the recording behind your firewall so the whole company can watch, not just the people in the room.

Talk to me

Tell me what’s going on.
