How it works
Everyone in your company is busy running the current business. That is why nobody in it can reinvent the business.
So set aside a small advance team and give them cover to work outside the current model. They run experiments to find what actually works. Most of those experiments fail, and the few that survive show you where the business goes next.
Then that team teaches everyone else. Group by group, they bring the rest of the company into the new way of working, until it stops being an experiment and becomes how you operate.
